Discover the therapeutic power of ceramics as you shape clay with your hands. This gentle process teaches patience and love, quieting mental fog while revealing inner stillness through creative expression. This will be guided by nature walks, and meditative practices. Led by sister Karuna, a highly experienced ceramics teacher, alongside Didi Ananda Samprajina’s guidance in meditation practices. Both brothers and sisters are welcome.
